Ticketmaster is a whole lie and a scam !!!. I was trying to purchase two V.I.P tickets on the main floor to Chris Brown’s 11:11 tour concert that will be happening on July 31st so as I was trying to purchase 2 of those tickets my purchase wouldn’t go through at all !!!. Yes I reported this situation to “ticket master costumer service” but they was no help at all they just kept on telling me the same things over and over again, some of them wouldn’t even help me they would just ask me questions and tell me that they couldn’t help me in regards to my situation and the situation is that I got scammed and they wouldn’t even give me my money back at all !!. So as I reported this to ticket master’s costumer service they was no help at all !!!. They would just answer the phone and tell me something in a hurry and then tell me “unfortunately we are unable to help you” and then hang up the phone in my face. I wanna know what’s Ticket master’s HR department phone number. Because this is ridiculous !. Then I was tryna call the number that the purchase error provided me then when I called the number nobody would pick up or they would just hang up the phone. Ticketmaster scammed me out of my $5,000 like they hacked into my cashapp and my bank account just get the money out and keep it for themselves. Then they even told me in a promised that I would receive my $1,485 in a refund and I haven’t received it not once yet. If anybody knows the Ticketmaster’s HR department phone number please send it to me please because this is ridiculous how they did me.
