I don't have a complaint, I rarely send complaints to any corporate office. But once in a while I do notice employees or managers who go out of their way to make people feel comfortable and appreciated.  That is what happened to me today. I was at my local IHOP and it was busy as it usually is and things were backing up and I had been waiting for some time. As I am retired and do not have a problem waiting around, I was just sipping my coffee. I guess the Manager or assistant manager noticed that I still had not been served, she came over and asked in a very nice tone if I had been taken care of. Of course I had been but like I said it was busy so I was just waiting. This Girl, I think her name was Cindy, went to the window and asked for a rush on whatever my ticket was.  It came out in the next 2 minutes.  I thanked her and then watched as she went around to seat people, run food and deal with problems in a quick and efficiently as possible. In a very short time all the orders were processed. I usually sit at the counter so it's simple to notice those who make the extra effort.
