Today, while driving on I-390 from Rochester to Binghamton, I saw a Tim Hortons sign. Because I love Tim Hortons coffee and usually make my coffee at home using Tim Hortons beans, I decided to leave the highway and drive 3.5 miles to get a cup. I bought a medium filter coffee at the Tim Hortons location at 1 Ryan Dr., Geneseo, NY. Unfortunately, it was a total disappointment. The coffee tasted stale and was too unpleasant to drink. The employee was very friendly, and the shop itself was very clean. I am not concerned about the few dollars I spent. However, as a loyal customer, I was disappointed. Next time, I will think twice before buying coffee there, and I may even ask to taste it first to make sure it is fresh. This experience shook my opinion of Tim Hortons a little.
