I went to your Siver Springs office in Ocala Florida, I traveled for work and was told that your large amount of offices, I could follow up at any of them. I worked overnights, so had early appointment they kept me there in office for 6 hours, I was tired and falling asleep when the Car salesman of a office person said I needed to sign forms this was important it had to be done. Tired I agreed. Had saved up to get implants and told your so called dentist, I wanted quote for implants, had broke my 2 front teeth and self conscious. She said they would take care of a few teeth that had cavities and was going to make me a partial, told her I did not want a partial, small mouth and Childhood trauma. They scheduled me for a crown, 2 of the associates playing dentist (girl kept looking at guy calling him doctor like kids playing) filed down a tooth put a crown on that I swallowed because it never stayed on, no crown at moment. Tried to cancel going forward was told they already had made crown and partial so I would still have to pay. Didn't show up for appointment, they called constantly, so I broke down and went in..Kyle Mcaskey was surgeon, they never sedated me he started ripping teeth out that I thought they were going to fill, mind you I was not in pain before that time. I have a small mouth his assistant was not helping doing suction so saliva splashed in his eye. He thew mask ang goggles across the room screaming you better not have hiv or hepatitis and stormed out of room. Blood pouring out of my mouth in horrible pain having teeth removed I didn't want removed, him in a hurry, he came back in and destroyed the rest of my mouth, then someone came in and slapped a partial in my mouth that I never wanted showed me a mirror and said how do you like your new smile. In tears and bleeding profusely, because I was complaining they shoved me out the door. I have been in pain and everyday since, I know you probably will not change your greedy ways . But ruining people's lives is not right. I have since lost my job can not speak clearly, constant pain, wake up everyday hoping you don't do this to another un suspecting sole.
