Tim's used to be known for the huge amount of cream cheese that came with the bagel, it was awesome. Cream cheese is now $1, or $2 if you ask for extra. 95% of the time, whether I ordered extra or not, there is next to NO cream cheese on the bagel. I've emailed my store directly about the issue and it still persists, I talked to a friend on the other side of the country and she has the same complaint. If I'm paying $2 for extra cream cheese I expect to get some. I feel like they need a specific scoop dedicated to EXTRA cream cheese orders because this is a persistent issue that is getting so old.
