This company has changed in my opinion from a store that I used to go to very offended, and as during the month of July in 2026, I will no longer be shopping there for anything. I have been a customer there for over 30 years, and because of the shopping experience that they are giving their customers, again I am never going to shop there anymore. First, several years ago it started by them losing my information that was in my Burlington account, which for whatever reason kept being lost or misplaced. They could not even find my phone number in the system and all, of the purchases that I have made made, at whatever time. Moving forward I am going to say, that everything has gotten worst since the last time that I have shopped, at Burlington during this month of July in 2026. They are no longer accepting any returns, and they are not giving any store credits even with the receipt. They use to honor at least the receipt for whatever, that the customers has purchased. As of 7/22/2026 this is what a upper management employee told me, that their policy changed a long time ago If you wants to return something because you can't use it for whatever reason, this must be accompanied with the tags attached, to the item. Whenever I particularly buy something as gift, which is very offended I am personally taking off the purchases price tags, whether it is expensive or not. So Burlington should definitely honor their receipts, and they should at least give store credit when you bring the receipt in. I will say that the review on Burlington are not looking acceptable right now, it doesn't even seem to bother them or do they not care, why this happening. If you want to be one of the best place, for your customers to have a good experience by giving them your good gracias, so that whomever would keep coming back, to shop at your store. You must try to accessible or just keep doing whatever things, to not be accessible and you will not be the store, that anyone wants to shop anymore
