I visited the Mansfield,La location on 02/11/2025 and was highly disappointed in the employees and the conversations that were being had. I overheard an employee by the name of Marche blatantly curse out what seemed to be the manager on duty and tell her she wasn’t doing a mother fucking thing and to leave her alone. I observed other employees standing looking around and thought it was funny as the manager walked away. I could not see all of the manager’s name tag and could only make out Ni as she was walking in the opposite direction of me. I thought that was very disrespectful and unprofessional. I have never experienced this before as my family and I visit relatives frequently in this area. The food we purchased from the restaurant was great but the overall quality of customer service was poor.
