Dear Bj’s, Let me start off by saying, I actually love your store. I think you do a great job, and provide a very important service. But, due to the experience, I am having with your electronics warranty provider, Asurian, I will never buy any electronics from you again, unless of course you find a better warranty provider. Dealing with them has been nothing short of a nightmare. It is unconscionable how bad they are doing their jobs. They have had my laptop, which only has a cracked case for over three weeks now with no end in sight to having it fixed. They are completely unorganized. They lie to your customers and have caused me so much grief, I am beside myself. I have not been able to do my work for over three weeks now because they can’t figure out how to fix a cracked case and get my laptop back to me. I really do wish you consider replacing them, before you lose more customers. Sincerely, Susan Pinsky
