Subject: Urgent Concern Regarding Employee Conduct at Fort Wayne Location To whom it may concern, I am writing to express my shock and deep concern regarding an incident at your Fort Wayne, Indiana location. It has come to my attention, through video evidence, that a 20-year-old supervisor physically pushed an older customer. I would like to know what kind of employee training is in place that could allow such unacceptable behavior. As a businesswoman, I find it troubling that an employee would feel empowered to physically assault a customer. Under no circumstances should an employee ever put their hands on a customer, as was clearly shown in the video.
