Subject: Ongoing Issue With Morning Shift Employee – Request for Follow-Up Hi, I would like to report an ongoing issue I’ve experienced with a morning-shift employee at your location. This is now the third time that this employee has been rude, argumentative, and unprofessional with me. She frequently gets my order wrong, and when I politely ask for corrections, she speaks in a disrespectful tone and rushes me. Her manner feels hostile, and it makes the experience very uncomfortable. I did speak to the manager previously, but nothing has changed. I am asking for this issue to be reviewed and for appropriate action to be taken so customers can feel respected. Thank you.
