Went in to get a carry out order. Ordering was no issue. I waited over 30 minutes to get my food. I ordered at 12:34pm and did not get my food until 1:14pm. They were not busy however there was several people in front of me that had been waiting longer than I had. I watched the lady that was preparing food make orders up and then throw them in the floor numerous times. she would make up several orders and when they asked her about an order she would tell they they do not know what they are doing and come up to the front. She would make up an order and throw it in the floor, put food in to go boxes and throw them in the floor. She would throw the hushpuppies into to go boxes and miss and they would go in the floor. Nothing was said to her and nothing was said to any of us that had been waiting. When I did get my order there was others that had been there to dine in and they had been waiting longer that I was and they had not got their order. My order was wrong once I checked it but I did not want to have to go back in and wait another 30plus minutes to get it corrected. On a lighter note the chicken and fish was fresh. I was excited that the LJS came back to Kimball, Tn but after this I an not sure if I will go back. I did complete a survey that was on the bottom of the receipt.
