Customer Bea wear, I dined at Columbia, SC Two Notch Road IHop on 10/03/2024. I was in shock when I received my check. IHop billed me $3.29 for a cup of hot water. When questioned, the server and cashier state my check was accurate because IHop considers hot water to be HOT Tea. I could be wrong but I did not see an entry on the menu explaining hot water is billed as HOT TEA. If I had the time and money I would file a law suit. Bottom line, I will not be dinning at IHop in the future.
