We always stop at bucees going to florida,but!!! We stopped to get food and another mug. We travel with a dog also. We always bought him a hot dog since you do have hamburgers,all the rest of your food,delicious as it is,is too spicy for a dog..but you deleted hot dogs from the menu!!! Also my granddaughter would eat a hot dog also because she doesnt like bold spices. We asked if we could get a chopped brisket sandwich without any sauce (they were chopping brisket as I asked) and were told empatheticly no special orders!!which to me is ridiculous,not everyone likes spicey! I also looked at your club sandwich,but again it has spicey mayo. We were many that left bucees to go to mcdonalds to feed the dog and granddaughter. ALSO,you are the only chain I know off that does not give a FREE first fill when buying a mug! My love for bucees dimmed greatly..so disappointed,you also need a 24 hr vontact number for people to call that may have left or lost something at your locations! It seems your customer service has also greatly dimished,cysto.er not important to bucee anymore,thats sad!
