I have been with @paypal over 8 years they have been fine up until recently there resolution center has gone downhill I had to a claim denied several times Example I filed a case item not as described I waited 30 days for them to investigate only for the case to be denied not for the reason I filed for but reason they denied was item not recieved. Example 2 I filed a different case as filed not as recieved pandabuy has been scamming paypal attaching fake tracking numbers I send evidence that the tracking number they provided was generated at a different date send paypal the information the investigator sees this the backend denies it.Bareware paypal ignores your evidence why dispute I recommend go straight through your bank I'm thinking about closing my paypal account they have been great for the last 8 years lately there allowing scammers to scam and doesn't protect us
