I came to the 91st and Memorial Tulsa, Oklahoma location at 4 o’clock in the morning like I normally do to tan. I use the walkie-talkie because the associate was on the floor. She then tried to speak to me through the walkie-talkie. I could not understand her and that started a series of rude behavior, she tells me what room to go into. I go into the room get into the tanning bed. It doesn’t work. There’s a sign on the door that says if there’s a problem to call the number I called the number seven times she never answered the phone so I got dressed, went back out there and asked for her help. She was extremely rude to me and told me that sometimes it doesn’t set properly which I completely understand. I told her I did not mean to upset her and she looked at me, raise her voice and told me that I was the one that was upset not her. It was very disrespectful and I did not deserve to be talk to you in that manner
