On September 24, 2024 my luggage (confirmation number 2HTLFU)was taken at the gate by a Southwest employee and told there wasn't enough room for me to take my luggage on that I would receive it once I got to my location. Got to my location and it has been 2 weeks now, I have not received my luggage, and to make matters worse, a few days after flying out, Hurricane Helen destroyed my community back home. Now I have nothing and no can afford to help me , I have called , emailed and nothing from them at Southwest. Paul Wright 252-564-0687
