I have been staying here at the budget inn for a week I am on a business trip for work. Today is 06/14/2025 I went to the office and request to get the room again she told me to check out I have not caused any problems she didn't want to use my credit card that was on file she said to checkout then check back in which makes no since. I had to be at work I missed work due to her asking me to leave. The woman is very rude when I walk up to the desk she tells me what's up don't greet with a hello how can I help you. I ask her if I my have towels and she tells me no I thought we are allowed to have towels here at the hotel. If someone could reach out to me cause this is not fare I had to miss work cause of her asking me to leave when I had my payment for the room.
