On Sunday 28, 2026 at 10:40 am. I watched a polite older, soft spoken woman ask the young girl behind the counter to change her tea. She asked for 1 and half cream and said the girl did two. Instead of politely changing out the tea, the young girl decided to berate the woman in front of everyone saying she did 1 and half and too bad, shes not changing it. The elderly lady already had 2 drinks that were done right and just wanted the tea to be changed. Instead, this young girl decided to be rude and talk over the customer, telling her she is banished from the store and shes never allowed back. The elderly lady asked for her name and the girl ran to the back of the store.She asked the man at the counter if she could speak to a manager. He said there was none. She asked if he could provide her the young girls name. He said he didn't know.She asked another lady who worked there.She said she didn't know either. What a horrible experience to witness and videotape. That poor woman who did not raise her voice once and when she tried to speak, the young girl just talked over her. They all deserve to be fired. Is it because she is white and elderly and they are all Indian? I think a huge discrimination suit happened there. I won't be going back there again, and have let everyone on facebook know, includiing Tim Hortons head office
