On 14 July, 2026 I went in to make an appointment in the Seneca South Carolina office to have two painful teeth removed and a lower dentures made. The receptionist said I did not have insurance. I went out to my car and called my insurance. They looked up my policy, called the receptionist and was told i would get a call in the morning 15 July, with an appointment. I waited all day, no call. I called the office again and was told that they were too busy to call me and that the message would be passed on. I still haven't heard from them.
