My family and I checked into/out a hotel on 7-23-24 in Paris thst was supposed to be 4-star. The hotel had bugs AND no working electricity. We had to find and book a new hotel at 3am. The hotel manager, William, even physically accosted me. I have it all on video. It took way too many attempts for priceline to even open a investigation into the matter. We're in a foreign country, the entire experience was terrifying.
