Very bad when i did a dispute to get a refund from a lawyer he made me wait for 10 months and then he ignore me. all he had to do was remove my tickets . he had every excuse and no court date nothing. i told this bank and my lawyer try to refund my money and the bank ignored . very unprofession,They choose the one with the most money and help them more then the people who has less and asking for a refund . please get out of this bank . they discriminate every thing. These claim dept not even a name nothing . they want us to invest well we better have customer service and big money you wont get back because you have less money. call the state and the attorney general about this .In New york it was peoples bank now its MT bank and Federal bethpage bank now it four leaf not good racist bank . they hold your information and sell it.
