I was prompted to pay via my Care Credit for a tooth extraction, a "flipper", and bone graph material.  The flipper did not fit.  When placed on one side (right), the left side protruded upward.  This caused pain and rendered speaking very difficult. I made an appointment to have it adjusted.  In the meantime, my insurance did not pay for the bone graph.  When I arrived at my appointment, they refused to adjust the "flipper" which I DID pay for because I didn't have the money to pay the balance for the bone graph at the time.  Is this professiona?  Is it even legal?
