Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Unresolved Fraud Dispute I am writing to formally complain about the way my fraud dispute was handled by Chime. I recently discovered that I had been scammed over the course of an entire year, and I immediately contacted Chime to report the fraudulent activity and request a refund for the unauthorized transactions. During the call, I spent over an hour speaking with a representative, thoroughly explaining the situation. I was shocked to later find out that the agent failed to document anything from our conversation. This lack of professionalism and follow-through is unacceptable, especially when I was clearly reporting a serious case of fraud. Despite my efforts to report the issue and seek assistance, I was not taken seriously and have yet to be refunded the money that was stolen from me. I am a victim of a prolonged scam, and Chime’s lack of action and support has added to the stress and financial harm I’ve already experienced. I am requesting a full investigation into my case and a refund of the fraudulent charges that were made against my account. Please escalate this issue immediately and confirm in writing that it is being addressed.
