Yesterday in the new Milverton store, I ordered a plain bagel, double toasted, buttered with half herb and garlic cream cheese. I left and ended up going back to complain. I got almost no cheese, and there was butter all over the bun. Lady said the butter seeps through...which isn't true at all ! I get these a lot at other Tim's and they're not covered in grease. Usually cheese oozes out a bit, even with half amount. Someone made it again and this time there was still butter everywhere and the bun was actually burned black and the same amount of almost non existent cheese. Now the 1st lady says, they do butter the outside of the bagel and I ordered it doublentoasted ....so basically she lied the 1st encounter and then made it sound like it was my fault. I was starting to lose my temper, ...Someone tried again ...this time the outside of the bagel was dry as it should be !!...wasn't burned , but still no cheese to speak of. I just left and the 1st lady said have a nice day pretty sarcastically. I don't have names, but this was ridiculous. Lady was tallish with reddish hair I believe ...often, the people taking the drive thru orders don't speak English enough to understand, they can't seem to hear well, usually another person chimes in...confusing and so frustrating. I've patronized Tim's for years, and it seems customer service has really gone downhill in some areas. For a new store, it's been more annoying than pleasant for me. I don't know how much training they got at this store, but it doesn't seem like much. They also had no clue what was in the store...one girl said there's no dutchies, and I ordered something else, got to the window and they had given me the dutchie they magically found, courtesy of some other employees, they don't know about scanning and reloading cards through cell app, they scanned and then said I need to pay...took a few minutes for her to actually look at the till to verify...I'm nervous to go in again now, because they will remember my face. It wasn't my fault they screwed up the order...and I'm entitled to get what I pay for. Sorry for long rant.
