Lying about selling a tote bags

Lying about selling a tote bags....calling them says they don't have and at 11:00same day they were selling it...the associate name is Gabe...in Pleasanton California store...heard some people he did same thing last year...as my wife experienced,she called he said none,but same time 11:00 they are selling it...I went and talk to the person and he is rude...and lying same thing how I explained why....Called the captain manager,the lady says he's on break...asking 15 minutes break but replying 1 hour break...and that's a lie...cuz I asked her if he's on lunch and says just break....most of the associate that answered phone are are lying about not telling the truth about when and what date they release the hype tote bags...hopefully next time I go there or called and they were lying again,I might take a look my options if there's a legal matter about this store incompetent of working....
