E: Big Lots Order # P12025080411643001 Supposedly Shipped on 8/4/2025 from China Hello, I would like to know who the person is in China that manufactured and shipped the closeout specials that Big Lots advertised online back in August when they had their store closeout sales. I bought a reclining loveseat and waited for a long period of time to receive it and never got it. I got an email from Track718 telling me that my loveseat had been delivered and I have tried everything under the sun to get the information that I need. I was given a man's name in China but have misplaced it, but it doesn't matter because the email address that I had for him was not valid. I would like to get a refund for the loveseat if I am not going to have any luck in receiving the loveseat. If it was truly delivered, I do not know what happened because my address was correct and there should not have been mistakes in delivering it. I have lost my confidence in Big Lots because they should help customers out when something like this happens.
