Called into unlock the account. Varied my mother's information with her voice. And then I assisted to help her get her information. If the first rep would have adk if I was my mother I would have said. Instead ge lied. Said he was working on getting it unlocked. Abd the left me on hold for 25 min. Then I called back. Second cust service agent hung up on me. After my mother had used her voice to verify. Abd given all her info. Then the third rep put me on hold immediately and left me on hold for over 20 minutes again. Only to be transfered to a terrible rude man. Said he was a manage named Micheal. He is ride to my mom. And has her verify everything again. And then states ge will talk my mom though getting into her account. She is 84 years old. Is in the hospital room sick and has alzhimers. So. He says. I know it you but we won't let you have any access to your own account on line. But since I verified you I can help you on line. So she says she wants to remove her money. AGAIN ITBIS HER MONEY AND SHE HAS BEEN VETIFIED 4 TIMES AT THIS POINT. And he says. No. You can't have your money because you have alzimers. They is discrimination. And the only way she can have assess to her account if for me to send in my POA paperwork. By mail and it will the be 5-6 days. She needs this information to get in a nursing home. I would like all of them fired. Ii know it won't happen. But. We were not going to move her money until Micheal.
