My entire family has been with Chevy over 40yrs . The experience Chevy has put my son through is absolutely horrendous. They took advantage of my son because he is somewhat reserved. His transmission had been repaired less then a month ago and once again there is a malfunction with the car. He tried bringing it back to the same place , they refused to give him a loaner said he wasn’t entitled to a rental when he is after we spoke to Chevy . Then they refused to take it because they said they have no appointments. He went to another chevy dealership and they wouldn’t take the car because the other chevy already worked on the car. He had to drive back to the other dealership and beg them to take the car .. and now they told him it will be over a week before even looking at it . It’s ridiculous that he had to drive back and forth with a broken car.. and was refused service twice at 2 dealerships.at first .. it’s even more ridiculous that they wouldn’t drive him home and said there’s no loaners available at any dealers I thought there was a courtesy drive home .. guess not ... We called over 10 places for a loaner car .. how is it is it a dealership can refuse to fix the car because another dealership worked on it a month ago.. what if he was in a different state? Or we moved away .. the. What would they case be.. if we have a warranty with Chevy any Chevy dealership Should take it and fix it !! Absolutely ridiculous!!
