My mom and I went into the new DG Market in Maynardville TN and when we got to the register to check out my mom who is elderly btw was given her total which was 7.02 she said to the cashier she needed to pay 2.02 in cash and 5.00 on her bank card. The cashier got confused and then angry because he did it backwards, my mom said no I need to do it this way because I only have 5.00 on the card, he got extremely angry and yelled at her then said I'll get the manager well as he turned to go he yelled ( goddamn crazy old hag) in front of everyone. When another cashier came out to fix it I ask to speak to the manager so finally the manager came out to talk to me but was very sarcastic about it, I ask for an apology but she replied I'll talk to him later I'm fixing to go home. I said to her I wanted him fired or disciplined but she didn't care. I told her I was contacting corporate to complain and she said well I could do that. It's not decent nor fair to curse an elderly person. His name is Jeremy Smith and the manager is Sara Trotter at least that's what I was told. Thank you, Jane Partin
