Initially, when I went to file under the status, I've been using, Head Of household, I did not find it and your "expert" said that the IRS was not using that status anymore. I now know that that is not the truth. Secondarily, as I was inputting my income, which is all in Retirement I inadvertently put one of them in a 1099 other than the 1099R. Up on review I of course noticed that mistake. I then put the same numbers the same tax withholding same everything into the 1099R that I should've put it in Initially when I did that my refund dropped by $2000. I inquired as to why I was told that they are they're just they they just kinda did that and since the first time I put it in, it came up as royalties that it might've had something to do with that not a very satisfying answer from an expert. Subsequently I have called the IRS and gotten some information on individuals I can talk to who can take on someone like TurboTax. I know that $2000 may not seem like much to you but I am a 77-year-old widow who lives on a fixed income and it is very very meaningful to me.
