Still never anyone calling me back I called Charles number July 30-31-2026 only to get a text from Jake saying he’s not in the office he will call me back I texted back saying who are you, that’s is the only time anyone got back in touch with me because I left a message saying I am canceling my case because no one has notified me I’m the only one reaching out out because I was getting so many calls about my taxes and they was saying nothing has been done because they said the irs will start processing garnishing your check I told Jake all this time all your company has done was collect my money every two week, and haven’t done anything and no one has notified contact me when Jake say fax him some paper work I had done that the same day also call him saying I fax the information please get back in touch with me because my information is open the anyone again no one responding. So that is when July 31,2026 I texted t Jake telling him please do not take the $318. From my account because y’all have done nothing but take my money I will be send a letter to bbb also the news letting people know what’s your company is doing and I’m canceling your service from this day.
