I’m just putting in a complaint about the Tim Hortons in the Victoria Square parking lot in Regina Saskatchewan some of the goals that are working there are very, very rude. We go quite often and it seems like there is no customer service whatsoever. All they’re worried about is the drive-through we can stand at the front counter sometimes five minutes before we even get any service then when we get service, she’s very rude and then on top of it all we get cold coffee. I have fun on Good Friday and I told the young lady that served us that I want hot coffee and not cold and the look I got was enough to kill me very unhappy with the service in there very very unhappy.
