I'm extremely dissatisfied with Groupon

I'm extremely dissatisfied with Groupon. The platform is not user‑friendly, and lots purchases I made expired before I could use them. Despite never redeeming these deals, I did not receive any credit or refund. This experience makes the service feel misleading and unreliable, and I believe the way they handle unused purchases is unfair and unacceptable.
