I had dentures made at Aspen Dental in the largo, FL office on/about May 23, 2025

I had dentures made at Aspen Dental in the largo, FL office on/about May 23, 2025. After picking them up, 4 days later a tooth fell out of the upper denture. I went back in, no problem, had the tooth re-attached and that was that. After 5 months, Nov, 22, 2025, The upper denture split right between the 2 front teeth and halfway to the back. They said bring it in, in about a week, the Lab Tech was on vacation. I went back in on Dec 1st and a rather chubby man told me I had to pay a $69 exam fee. I tried to explain that I was just having the Lab Tech check the crack in my Denture which were still under the 6 month WARRANTY. He cut me off and said they have to examine it, so there's a $69 exam fee. I paid it, but felt like I was getting screwed. I'm going back tomorrow, Dec 2nd to pick up my denture. We'll see if this ignorant clown is there again, (first time I saw the guy there was today), and tries to get me to pay another fee. Bottom Line, I want my $69 back. I'll start here and go all the way up the corporate ladder until I get my satisfaction. LAST time I ever use Aspen Dental.
