I had a valid ticket booked online thought the imerites website! Siem reap to Bkk! Leaving at January 31st! They said the ticket had not been paid for but I could show the money had come out of my account! It was valid tiket issured by them! I'm 73 with some severe health issues! I ws left at the At an empty Airport everything closed one hour to siem Reap! I missed my hotel in Bkk $100 i had to buy another one way ticket the next day to Bkk $310 plus Taxi as well many other expenses! They phone Dubai and said they could offer me business class ticket which I would have to pay for! I should mention I am a Canadian who has been flying internationaly for 44 years and have never experienced this before! They will not acknokege me i any way auy phone call or email even my flight number booking number and confirmation number! These people are so disrespectful! I will be taking them to court when I get back to canada! I want accountability
