I had a storage with public storage for at least 3yrs

I had a storage with public storage for at least 3yrs. I notice a lot of my things was missing out of my storage. I was late on one of my payments so they changed the locks and throw my lock on the inside so I feel they had access to get in my storage. All my kitchen and living room and bathroom stuff was missing once I took everything out of the storage. I'm missing pictures of my loves one's that I will never get back. I had over 15 boxes that I know for sure I had. The lady Mary on Plainfield location in Texas she have been helping me the whole 3 yrs the last day of me moving out she was acting really weird she didn't even wanted to talk to me. I was really surprised because she had been really nice then she changed on me she was very rude the day of my move out. I moved in on January 1,2023 moved out on July 17,2026.. I lost over a $1000 in merchandise. I also noticed the 3 boxes that was left in my storage had been opened and and things was taken out of them as while. I feel some action needs to be done. I can't prove she took my things but someone at the location did. 3 yrs I paid over $10,000 in storage fee I had insurance my furniture had mold on it. And it's supposed to be a climate control facility . When I called customer service to complain the live chat hung up on me. And haven't heard anything about from them. I need some justice done about this matter.
