I get 2 18 packs from Amazon every few weeks

I get 2 18 packs from Amazon every few weeks. It comes in Scott tissue MFG boxes. The quality is pure crap now and there is zero consistency. Some roles have thicker tissue that is rough and smells of chemicals that also causes irritation. Other roles are so thin you can see through it and it just melts and shreds when it gets wet. Pretty pathetic beings how long Scott tissue has been around. Big Corp is so broken, it needs a complete overhaul. This is unacceptable.
