I dropped of a package to have them Fed X it on Friday the 20th of 2026 at their store in Reedsport, Oregon. It was a second day air package that a customer needed. I kept checking my app to see when I was received by the customer and it kept saying it was still in the store waiting on Fed X. Yesterday 03/23/2026 I stopped by to see if the package was actually there. When I asked an employee about my package the employee said he didn't know about it. I went and checked my app and it said it was still not shipped yet. I went back in and saw my package behind the counter on a shelf. I asked if that was my package still setting on the shelf and the employee said I don't know. The manager was behind the counter and I asked him why my package wasn't shipped yet and he said it wasn't in the system. I thought the employee had taken the package and did the electronic thing with a phone like tool and my package was good to go on 03/20/2026 but evidently the employee didn't know what she was doing. When i voiced my anger about my package not being shipped the manager handed my package to me and said "Get Out". I am not very happy because it cost me $1`200 because my customer canceled the order...
