I am sitting on hold for 20 minutes waiting to speak to senior management at PODs. Corporations regularly send you to a call center where you wait until you possible die. My first complaint is that I had pods come to my home in April. Shortly thereafter, I received a text that the PODS was not locked, it was. We have Ring I then drove to their headquarters in Maryland to reconfirm. I did and it was locked. Then I learned that PODS were offering a discount if you are a Costco Executive Member and now despite this information being confirmed by Costco is now being denied by PODs. So here I am on hold with PODS Customers think twice.
