Hi I'm a single mother and am very upset with your employees there and how they treated me and how they were extremely rude and disrespectful to me. I had to go back to the restaurant to talk about my order which we still cant eat and enjoy it because with the first combo ordered which was a Monster combo was not cooked all the way and still raw in the middle and the fries were wrong I asked them for curly and I got crinkle cut fries with no salt . The second combo which was a famous star combo had onions and pickles on it and at drive through window I said no onions or pickles in it because I'm very highly allergic to them both if I have them I would end up in the hospital they also gave me crinkle cut fries instead of curly fries and the buns forth were soggy and gross . I would like a full refund for the two combos I ordered and they messed up on also I would like the employees to get talked to and disciplined for how extremely rude and disrespectful they were towards me for no reason .when all I was doing was trying to get them to do is fix what was wrong with my orders which was there fault in the first place. If those in employees where my kids and I heard and seen how they are towards there. Own customers .I was raised better than that by my parents I raise my kids the same as my parents raised me and that is not how treat everyone with respect no matter and to always be kind to them to . They should never treat a customer like the way they treated me for how they treated me just cuz they had to fix a mistake with my order which was there fault in the first place.
