Hello, While ordering, I asked for chicken on my bowl

Hello,
While ordering, I asked for chicken on my bowl. The portion I received seemed unusually small, so I politely asked if I could have a little more. Instead of adding a reasonable amount, the employee looked at me and added only two small pieces of chicken. I thought there may have been a misunderstanding, so I clarified that I was simply asking for a little more because the original portion was very small.
The employee then told me that if I wanted more, I would need to speak with a manager. I replied that I would like to speak with the manager.
What frustrated me most was what happened next. The manager never addressed me directly. Instead, she spoke to the employee from farther down the line and never made any effort to speak with me or understand my concern as the customer. The employee then added what appeared to be only two more pieces of chicken.
At that point, the issue was no longer about the chicken itself. It was about how the situation was handled. When I reached the end of the line, I asked if she was the manager. She confirmed that she was, but still did not make any real effort to engage with me regarding my concern. I explained that what bothered me most was the fact that when I specifically requested to speak with a manager, she never actually spoke to me. Instead, she chose to communicate only with her employee and dismiss the situation without hearing me out.
I understand that portion sizes and company policies exist, and if there was a reason I could not receive additional chicken, that could have been explained to me directly. What I do not understand is why a manager would refuse to have a conversation with a customer who asked to speak with them. The lack of communication, professionalism, and basic customer service was disappointing.
I have been a Chipotle customer for years, and this was one of the most frustrating experiences I have had at one of your restaurants. I would appreciate this matter being reviewed, as no customer should feel ignored when trying to address a concern respectfully.
