For no apparent reason, April was rude to us at checkout

For no apparent reason, April was rude to us at checkout. Today, Sat, 21Feb2026, at around 11:49am, at the Krogers at 2475 Ascension Blvd, Arlington TX (receipt ref# 181179), we asked April to clear our register at the self-checkout, she hesitated, was noticeably irritable and remarked very rudely and spoke to us with unwarranted disdain. It seemed she wasn’t going to assist but when she eventually did, she seemed upset at us. We go out of our way shop at this Krogers because, until this incident, customers and workers alike are generally cordial and kind. We value you this positive atmosphere greatly and it’s sad that April, who may be new to the team, is ruining this experience. My family and I absolutely avoid negative people and if this is not addressed, we will simply go to Albertsons nearby or Sam's Club for better quality products, more options and better value. For good customer service, we do not mind our average monthly spending of approximately $1600 on gas and groceries. And if we feel this is not resolved soon, we will move on from Krogers.
