Error on 2024 tax return

Error on 2024 tax return. Failed to enter a tax deduction of $1899 for a beneficiary's deduction. With a Walmart employee discount it cost $344 to file. Jackson Hewitt needs a new slogan "Pay more get less" it would be more honest than what they actually are. I find them totally unprofessional
