I am writing to express my serious concerns about the behavior of an employee at your [Public Storage Location] facility in Arizona. On 12-17-24, while at the storage unit, I encountered e lady employee who worked the morning shift banging on my car window telling me to leave and that I didn't have an unit there and treated me like a homeless crackhead after she called the police on me. I work 12 hour shifts in a metal factory and sometimes get burnt out and yes I did not put but did not deserve to be disrespected like such This interaction was not only disrespectful but also created a very uncomfortable situation for me as a customer. As a loyal Public Storage user, I expect a professional and courteous experience at all times, and this recent encounter fell significantly short of that standard. I kindly request that you investigate this matter promptly and take appropriate disciplinary action to address this employee's conduct.
