Riding from Ocala Florida to Lubbock Texas. There was a stop in Atlanta Georgia. An employee proceeded to put us on the wrong bus, which in turn made us miss the correct bus we should have been on. No apologies, no refund not even a new ticket. We got a no refund answer and he was highly rude while we're sitting there scared . We had to borrow money to get a new ticket that didn't even leave until 24 hours later. I am beyond furious. I will do whatever it takes to make this right.
