Filed a claim for my car and barely could get into contact with the people in charge. The entire process of my car getting looked at and estimated took a few months to get through when it could have only taken a week. In the words of the progressive worker, they were “sitting on the approval” and even the workers at the body shop said they were being suspicious about everything and dragging the entire process out. Nobody could give me a clear answer on what’s going on with my car and they told the body shop to order all these parts then told me they were totaling my car but said nothing to the auto shop.
