Hi my name is Jessica and my husband ordered 2 huddle smash burger deluxe combos from the baxley ga location and an order of fried pickles or what was supposed to be pickles and combos. The fries were still cold and hard the lettuce was soggy on the burgers and they tasted extremely dry almost burnt well one was burnt the other almost and both were dry the pickles had only a few in it mixed with cold fries and they were cold the only thing that was decent was the teas we paid $42.00 for that stuff and fed it to the dogs it was not worth eating and I think that's ridiculous for 42.00 we should have gotten fresh hot food. I would like a refund or for you to make our meals right. We do a lot of business with y'all but will stop and tell everyone we know to stop y'all are ripping people off like that. When people pay that much for 2 burgers fries and pickles they at least expect it to be good we are very unhappy with this service.
