I am writing to report an unacceptable customer service experience at your Deptford, NJ (Hurfville Rd) location today, Wednesday, June 26, 2025, at approximately 2:05 PM. Upon arriving to pick up my takeout order, I was completely ignored by multiple staff members (including cooks, waitresses, and a red-shirted individual who appeared to be the manager) for an excessive period of 8-10 minutes, despite the restaurant not being busy at all. There were no customers in the lobby waiting for table and no customer ordering or picking up takeout. No one acknowledged my presence or offered assistance. Subsequently, the manager ( girl in the red shirt) engaged in a personal conversation with newly arrived guests, continuing to disregard me. I went outside to my car after 10 minutes for my phone to check my electronic receipt to make sure I was at the correct location. After confirming my order details, I returned to the counter and hadn't to physically get the attention of the staff. The manager then addressed me with attitude, stating she would "be right with me" before returning to her personal conversation with outside guest. When she finally decided to processed my order, she did so dismissively, tossing my food and ice cream onto the counter. This behavior was unprofessional and frankly insulting. I informed her of my intent to report this poor service and my concern about the food's temperature due to the extended wait. She showed no concern. Attempts to call the store afterward were unsuccessful. I have experienced subpar service at this location repeatedly since 2020 and this latest incident was particularly egregious. I request your attention to this matter and appropriate action taken regarding the staff's conduct. I have been a committed customer for years and this interaction will make it my final. P.S.
