Rude lazy Manager. This lady has to be the most rudest and lazy manger ever. Unfriendly, acts like it's a bother to ask her a question. No concern at all for customers. well atleat when it comes to me. It started out several months ago when my wife places an online order to be picked up. The manager didn't fill her order. I go up to the store to pick it up and she the manager said that they do not do online orders. That was a lie because the area manager said that her store does. Then the area manager told me since she didn't fill our order to go up to the store and he would have a coupon waiting for me for being inconvenience. I arrive, the manager walks out of the store. The lady at the register said that she couldn't help me that her manager had to run to the bank and I would have to waite until she gets back. I walk out side and she is not going to the bank. She is setting in her car smoking. Another lie I was told. Today I have a FedEx package that was left at her Dollar general store. I go to pick it up and noone is at the front of the store. I can here noises where the FedEx packages are at. I waited and waited and finally she came out and act like I wasn't even there. Walked by me and was going towards the register where by now people are waiting. I had enough of her BS, so I told her I was here first and I want my package. If looks could have killed I would be gone. It's assume that people have to put up with here nonsense. By the way the Dollar General store is at 7753 Legion Rd. Ventress LA 70783.
