I went to the Shops at Chisum Trail to pick up my orders with my Texas drivers license. The store clerk refused to give me my orders without an order number of which I did not have. The text mail I received stated I only needed a valid photo ID. The store clerk continued to ask for an order number. I began to search my cell phone to try to find the number. Another store clerk came up and asked what was going on? Then the sales clerk who was giving me a very difficult time asked me my name. I told her my name and she gave me my order. If there is some discrepancy as to how to pick up an order this should be stated in the communication sent to the customer. My first thought was never do business with BBW again. The clerks/cashier's number is 3892904; store number is - 82485 This interaction was uncalled for, I went to the store early because the heat index in Texas was supposed to get up to 110 degrees. And this is what I receive when I arrive, I am very disappointed at my reception at the check out counter.
